Learn to Sail

 

The Adult Learn to Sail program is an annual event facilitated by the Hood River Yacht Club and presented by HRYC member volunteers.  It is a great opportunity to get classroom and on the water sailing instruction at an unbeatable price.

 

Classes fill quickly and enrollment is through Hood River County's Community Education program; details are published in the Community Ed Course Catalog (see current catalog here ). Also, you may email us and request to be be put on our email list.

 

The GORGE Junior Sailing Program for Kids is also offered through Community Education; details and online registration available via the Community Ed website--see catalog link above.

 

Summer 2012 GORGE Jr. Sailing Program class schedule: July 9 -- August 17

Introductory, beginner and advanced sailing classes for youngsters, teenagers and their parents will be offered. Sign up for classes through Community Ed at the link above (when summer calendar becomes active).

 

Special Offer For HRYC Members!

Exclusively available to the first 8 HRYC adults (+ unlimited teenagers at no additional charge) who sign up!
